I think in Jr. High School I was responsible for the creation of the National Sport of Outer Slobovia … which involved throwing ping pong balls into floating petri dishes.

plane– I don’t recall having any Science Fair projects when I was growing up. That’s a shame, because I’d have made the bad projects list for sure with “Onions & Eels – Are They Related?” or “Maple Syrup: The Catsup For Pancakes.”

thelit– Barbie is French? What was her last name? Ken (Tuchy?) was of Polish-Armenian decent, I recall. Midge was Italian-Romanian. Been a long time since I knew this trivia…
