Beth– I kinda scratched my head over that one, but I found a Reddit link that seems to explain it. The white van didn’t clear the canopy as the flat bed carrying it moved forward and hit a speed bump. The flat bed driver didn’t notice until ti was too late. Not sure if that’s what happened, because the van should have been chained down to the truck bed.
