4 sets of cuffs, when you are a big guy, your arms really can’t flex backwards like a skinny guy. I know, I would take 2… I was an MP in the Army and we practiced on each other and being much skinnier then I am now, my farm, hay hauling shoulders couldn’t flex back far enough.

I thought the photo was funny until I searched for a source. Apparently Prader-Willi syndrome is a rare disorder that causes obesity AND assholiness.
