Roo is a great meat – very low cholesterol, tasty and marinades well!
I do have problems trying to bbq peanut steaks. Although insane Vegans have been known to try with varying degrees of success.

First time I’ve seen it but I will have to get the wife to check the supermarket next shopping day. Roo is great meat & low in fat too
