I think you do a great job on the ONTs at Blogmoc. Thanks from a lurking insomniac porch monkey who doesn’t have PMS.

  2. Bunk Strutts Says:

Mel– Thanx gobs. Last night was pretty jumpy and jivey. I didn’t think it would get the reaction it did, even though I thought I was being careful with a touchy subject. The room-mom was insufferable.

Omelet you finish, but I already have a copy of ‘Watchtower’.

  4. planetross Says:

    He looks smart!

  5. Bunk Strutts Says:

Coop– What a crackup. Glad you don’t feel the need to walk on eggshells around here.

plane– Yeah, but he’s fried… I mean his brain is scrambled (and my response is over-easy).

  6. wheels Says:

Oeuf! He’s ugly. To quote from an audience response line, “He’s got no neck!”

  7. Bunk Strutts Says:

wheels– That comment went ova my head.

Where did you get this pic. I used to own this comic as a kid and two school mates were playing “eggies” (smashing eggs together) and one of the students got really up set. The board you have is the last page where the teacher goes to the father’s house to talk to him about how his son over-reacted…. and was she freaked out. I would love to find that issue….

    Bob–

I found the pic at the link, but the link doesn’t provide the source. I ran a http://www.tineye.com search, but no dice. I’d have guessed it came from National Lampoon, but it has ghost images from the opposite side of the page, and Nat Lamp never had those.

On the other hand, your background story gives the image some meaning. I suspect it was a British (or Aussie) publication. Lemme know if you find the source and I’ll update the post.
