    Some of those would have to be baked in the skin (what the British call “jacket potatoes”) because they look too hard to peel.

    Better nutrition that way, at least.

    I’ve had half a dozen or so different types of potato, and I wouldn’t mind trying some of the others pictured here.

    wheels– Last year one of the potatos that had been sitting around sprouted. I tossed it in a corner of the back yard and forgot about it, until months later. The missus showed me a “weed” she’d pulled up… with a half dozen tiny potatos.

    Expect to see them again this year – potatoes can come back from really small pieces. You almost have to sift the dirt to get rid of all the viable starters.
