Just went on a Tineye search, no luck. Mostly appears in image dumps like Izismile. Tried zooming in and messing with the image, but still can’t read the signs (except for “Myngeo” and that turns up nothing). They’re driving on the right, so there’s a hint.
Best guess – Indonesia.
