Tacky Raccoons 
That bit of 1968 memory hit the spot this morning. Love the rhythm piano; gives the same vibe as Groovin’ by Felix Cavaliere. What a great soul voice, and those backing harmonies are sweet.

I heard the Rascal’s Groovin’ as well. There’s a spot where the backup singers (in the hallway?) make the entire song shine.
