Bunk Wins A Prize

I like caption contests, and when I happened across this one, the caption seemed obvious to me:

"Look, mates! His pecker's on the wrong end!"

"Look, mates! His pecker's on the wrong end!"

Reforming Geek liked it enough to send me an egg.  Not just any egg, a decorated cardboard egg.  In a checkbook box.  (I might as well take the rest of the week off as the “glow” hasn’t worn off yet.)

Here it is, without the plastic bubble wrap that protected this coveted treasure.

The secret of the egg didn’t appear until a scan revealed the hidden “laser rabbits” thing going on.  Thanks, RG.

  1. Tony Says:

The rabbits look disturbingly happy, too happy, like mentally deranged happy, like there’s a decapitated head in the basket under the eggs kinda bizarrely happy….. Maniacal laughter happy kinda look on their faces

  2. Bunk Strutts Says:

Tony– Dang! That’s exactly what I thought when I opened the box: blood from the gnashing teeth of the Royal Cuninculus, drooling down furry chins in Pavlovian anticipation of the neo-pagan ritual; searching for properly-decorated jumper cables to start the watercraft for escape, and for the subsequent proper celebrations. Bam. Eggs.

  3. Bunk Strutts Says:

Naw, I don’t know what it means. Sounded good for a minute, though.

  4. Tony Says:

Or they could be just overjoyed because they plan on keeping the chocolate eggs all for them very selves

  5. Bunk Strutts Says:

But what if they earned the eggs in the first place? Let’s stew ’em anyway.

  6. planetross Says:

That is a sick and twisted rabbit animation … I liked it.

  7. Pete Aldin Says:

Those rabbits are definitely descended from the one in Monty Python and the Holy Grail. Beware.

Nice prize and nice win, Bunk.

    Pete– Heh. Yep.
