Los Intrépidos del Sahara Hot Links

La Coqueta, Los Intrépidos del Sahara (2015) Described as “tropical cumbianchera,” there’s not much on the internet about them except that the group is still recording and performing in Veracruz, Mexico, and is popular with the folks in poor rural areas. (The shed in the picture above advertises a show. See below for more.)

  1. Watching Space Rescue made me think. If I’d been dancing like that since the 1970s, I doubt my doctor would have needed to tell me to lose 20 pounds. Then again, I’d likely have injured something along the way.

Not to mention never being able to get a second date.

      1. Thanks. It’s been six months, and though I still miss her, I can deal.

A snarky response wouldn’t have been out of place, really, because it was a pretty snarky comment about the stupidity of some of the dancing in the disco era. I had a good time dancing back then, but I was never quite that spastic.
