The nostril miner took too long to react when the window dropped, seems staged. Besides, who needs a mirror to chip out a crunchy? I saw a lot of similar action sitting in the infusion chair behind mirrored glass storefront. Women would stop on the sidewalk to fix hair and makeup and adjust things not realizing that I was sitting only five feet away.
The hill is somewhere in Mexico. There are a lot of fun clips of bumper cars, including this one

Nice slide show until it got to bugger picking. I have seen that same hill road somewhere in South America with motorcycles trying to get down it.
