Wow! I forgot all about that album. I used to have it on 8-track. Now I’m going to have to find it on cd.

And its cover art was a very early Hipgnosis commission, might have even been the second artist they ever handled, after Pink Floyd.

Interesting article. I enjoyed it and listening to the songs that the author included. As to the Hipgnosis cover art, I have all the Pink Floyd albums up to “The Wall”, so I would definitely have whatever early ones were done by Hipgnosis. I kind of recall seeing that name on other albums that I have, but no idea which ones. Thanks again for the info. BTW, I found a Toe Fat anthology called “Bad Side of the Moon 1970 – 1972” on Amazon. Can’t wait until it arrives.

When I tracked down the magazine cover image I was stunned that I had never heard Toe Fat. Uriah Heep, yes, but I’d also forgotten about Hipgnosis. Just had a flashback of shooting pool in Danny Rat’s basement with strobe lights.
