I can totally read mama cat’s mind.
“Don’t you even thi… hey, get back here!”
“How many times have I told you…?!?”
“Mommy’s going to lose it!”
“You just wait till your father gets home!”
Mel– Reminds me of a vivid dream I had once. I was sitting in the kitchen and the cat walked by. “Hey, Smokey,” I said.
The cat replied, “Wassup.”
I said, “Wow! You can talk?”
Cat said, “Yeah, but not to you.”
Good idea, actually. Just record myself saying, “Sit down. Chew with your mouth closed. Elbows off the table. Use a napkin. Don’t talk with your mouth full.”
Set it to loop and I’m good for meal time.
Then, I’ll record some common morning phrases and some common evening phrases. I may never have to talk to the kids (or my husband) again.
