What fascinates me about nano motors is that the moving parts are molecules, so they never wear out. I’d assumed that they are also friction-free, but apparently that’s not the case. More here.

R2D2 [steam powered beta version] was a mechanical dork even back then. “Tweep Pleeeert REEEP,” means only one thing in droidland, and it’s not nice.
